1. The Apollo Alliance 10 point plan is definitely worth considering -
it's positive, solution-oriented, and has been endorsed by a number of
major unions. Something to be asking candidates about when you're
bird-dogging, or writing letters to our elected officials

2. Here's the link to the conference info page from United for Peace and
Justice - you can read the various documents that were approved
regarding the strategic framework, organizational structure, draft unity
statement, etc. It will be helpful for folks to at least check out these
initial documents, as I'm sure we'll be having more conversation about
our participation with them in the future.

3. Check out
www.VotetoImpeach.org - they have drafted articles of impeachment,
and will be bringing this issue to the House Judiciary Committee when
they get up to 1 million signatures.
4. This article contains comments from Bravo Company, part of the 3rd
Infantry who are in Iraq for an indefinite period of time. Clearly shows
the brutalization of war.

5. Despite the American public's apparent indifference to the question
of lies and deceptions by the Bush Administration, it is still a huge
issue for us as a democracy and one that we need to stay on top of and
keep pressing for the truth.

6. This is a good summary of Bush admin policies that might be useful to
